As the Prime Consultant, Drive provides eight (8) full-time Operations Analysts to support a 24/7/365 Operations Information Center (OIC) at TRANSCOM in Jersey City, NJ. Due to the scope of TRANSCOM’s responsibilities as a major hub for multi-state transportation information sharing and data exchange, accuracy and efficiency are paramount concerns to ensure that appropriate tactics are used to mitigate transportation events of all types. Working in close coordination with TRANSCOM leadership, Drive Engineering has developed multiple processes to assist TRANSCOM with policy and procedure development to create a seamless work environment between consultant and TRANSCOM staff, while simultaneously curating a staff of Operations Analysts with the skills, abilities, and aptitude to successfully carry out TRANSCOM’s mission by fulfilling, and often exceeding, the needs and expectations of its member agencies.
