Statewide Intelligent Transportation Systems Architecture Updates/Maintenance

Drive was responsible for providing updates to and maintenance of Rhode Island’s Statewide ITS Architecture. This task included analyzing the previous ITS Architecture update from 2014, developing a schedule, coordinating with RIDOT for regional stakeholder outreach and engagement, stakeholder data collection and analysis, and project status meetings. Drive was also responsible for the construction of the updated ITS Architecture and the associated website abiding by Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) standards and utilizing Regional Architecture Development for Intelligent Transportation (RAD-IT) software.
